Since its establishment in 2011, Broughgammon Farm has been a pioneer in the sustainable farming industry.

What started as an effort to reduce waste in the dairy industry has grown into a diverse operation that produces healthy and delicious cabrito kid goat meat, free-range rose veal, seasonal wild game, and even vegetables and edible flowers. Broughgammon Farm has also expanded its offerings to include artisan butchery and a variety of workshops and classes, making it a true hub of sustainable living.
