James Martin's Islands to Highland - Featuring the Old Lammas Fair, Rathlin Island and Carrick-a Rede Rope Bridge. This Friday 24th April on UTV/ITV @ 2pm
We were delighted to host James and Celebrity chef Paul Rankin while they filmed with us during the Old Lammas Fair in Ballycastle in 2019.
"James and local boy Paul Rankin brave the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge together, then James cooks a tasty fish dish with the dramatic coastline as his backdrop. There's a fishing trip over to Rathlin Island on the menu too, where James tastes some dishes made from the local kelp. The duo then visit the Old Lammas Fair, where they taste some of the delicious seafood, before James cooks up a delicious boozy sweet treat using some of Ireland's tastiest liquor."
