Ballycastle Seafront Markets Restarting
We are delighted to announce that we are 'Good to Go' and ready to restart the Naturally North Coast and Glens Markets on the newly confirmed dates for our August Markets. Acquiring the Industry Standard 'Good to Go' Mark means that our market has followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, we have a Risk Assessment in place, as do our traders, and we have all implemented measures to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

⏰11am - 5pm each day.
There will be some changes to the market you're used to visiting to ensure we can all follow the current guidance.
🔴 The market is outdoor with plenty of space for Queues and social distancing
🔴 We will have fewer traders attending each market to allow more space for social distancing
🔴 We are avoiding the busier Sundays at Ballycastle Seafront and have temporarily moved the Markets to Fridays for the month of August.
🔴The market will have a entrance and exit point
🔴 Access to the market will be managed during busy times to control the number of visitors in the market.
🔴 We will have a easy to follow, naturally flowing one way system in place
🔴 Signs will be in-place to remind you of the measures and guide you around the site.
🔴 Hand sanatiser will be available on entry to the market and at each traders stall
🔴 We will publish the list of traders attending each market to allow you to pre-order goods if you wish.
🔴 We have introduced a policy of one person/family group at a time per stall and socially distanced Queues.
🔴 There will be no hot food/drinks currently, only 'take home' food, art, craft, gifts, speciality food. 🔴 Traders will not currently be providing samples of food/cosmetics
🔴 Traders will be practising social distancing
🔴 Contactless transactions will be available at most stalls, although they will also accept cash and will be following the appropriate handling and hand sanitizing requirements to ensure they maintain a high level of hygiene in interacting with all customers.
🔴 Please use the sanitiser provided if you're not carrying your own, remember to maintain a safe social distance while queuing & walking around the market site and don't forget to bring your reusable bag!

🅿️Parking Parking can be found at the Marina Carpark, which can be busy, streetside parking or at the Ann street Carpark which is a short walk away (The Ann street Carpark is a pay and display carpark) Please show consideration to local residents, businesses and emergency services and only park in designated parking spaces.
